The Harper dress/top can be made with a bottom ruffle or simple Band. The dress has several sleeve options so you can make many unique dresses from just 1 pattern! Simple elastic around the neck and in sleeves make this a very easy dress/top to make, no buttons! Sleeves can be made as bell sleeves by leaving elastic out.
